The room wasn't quite up to par. the jacuzzi lacked hot water after a long day of walking (a real letdown, i tell you). the water pressure in the shower was terrible too. The jets were all blocked. overall, it was a bit of a bummer.

The location directly on the main square was a real highlight for me (i could people-watch for hours!). i was greeted with a welcome glass of prosecco upon arrival. a complimentary bottle of white wine looked before my final night, which i found a nice touch. the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I slept well each night.

the shower pressure was slightly inconsistent during peak hours.

the junior suite overlooking the main market square was beyond expectations. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of prosecco i received upon arrival (a very welcome touch!). i also appreciated the free soft drinks replenished daily in the mini fridge.

I noticed some wear and tear in the room. Some mirrors had stains and a foggy appearance.

the location was superb, right on the main square (it made exploring so easy). i found a coffee machine in the apartment and there were complimentary drinks in the fridge. the staff replaced these drinks every day. the room was nice and neat, and the bathroom featured a great double shower.
